Welcome to XXclusive Inflatables, an inflatable rental service for Auburn, AL and surrounding areas in Alabama. By booking our services and submitting any payment towards an invoice, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions outlined below.

Reservation Policy

Reservations are confirmed in the order they are received.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to finalize all bookings. Please keep in mind even if you have submitted a booking request, if your deposit has NOT been received on the date of invoice, the requested date is not booked for you.
Your rental balance is required to be paid in full 7 days prior to the date of rental.
If you book your reservation within 7 days of the event, your balance is expected to be paid in full at the date of booking.
We deliver within 50 miles of our main office. Any delivery requests outside of the established radius will incur an additional charge of $1 per mile (both ways).
Our team will arrive 1 hour prior to event start time to setup. Please ensure you do not arrive more than 30-minutes prior to booking time to allow for proper setup.
Our team will return to the event location 30 minutes prior to your booking end time to begin pickup process. Please keep in mind the tent will need to be empty before your booking end time. Please ensure your booking time includes time for you to setup and clean up to avoid additional rental charges.
All equipment must be used appropriately and responsibly as explained during the setup process.
Do NOT allow any smoking or sharp objects inside the inflatable units.
Please do not unplug or use any power sources provided by Xxclusive Inflatables if they were not included in your booking request.
The client is responsible for providing access to power or securing a generator during the booking process to ensure proper and seamless setup. Please keep in mind the inflatable tent can not share a power outlet with any other electrical devices.

Damage & Liability

The client assumes full responsibility for any damage, loss, or theft of equipment during the rental period.
Replacement charges will apply if there are any damages discovered on the inflatable units.
Xxclusive Inflatables is not liable for any injuries or accidents arising from irresponsible or misuse of inflatable equipment.
Xxclusive Inflatables is not liable for any property damage resulting from the use of inflatable rental equipment.
The client assumes full responsibility for the safety of all event guests and property.
The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Xxclusive Inflatables from any claims, liabilities, or costs resulting from the event or usage of the rental equipment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of event are eligible for a full refund, EXCLUDING THE 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
In the event of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit to a new available date within one year of original event date.
Any requests to reschedule and/or cancellations of your date of event MUST be made within 7 days prior to date of event.
Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of event will result in forfeiture of all payments. NO refunds!
NO refunds are allowed on the date of event!
You have a 15-minute grace period to arrive at the location to avoid forfeiture of payment or additional fees being processed if you arrive late.

Payment Policy

All payments are accepted through our invoicing system which includes a 3% transaction fee.
Payments are accepted via credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, and Buy Now Pay Later services.
All payments MUST be received 7 days prior to date of event to avoid a non-refundable cancellation. Please contact us immediately if additional arrangements are needed.
By making any payment, you acknowledge and agree to all terms and conditions provided here and on our website.

Inclement Weather Policy

In the event of inclement weather, Xxclusive Inflatables reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the rental in the interest of safety of our client and our team.
If the reservation is cancelled due to these circumstances, the client will have the option to reschedule to the next available time and/or date.
Our inflatables can not be used in the event of rain or high winds exceeding 15mph.
Xxclusive Inflatables LLC is not liable for failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters or any other uncontrollable emergencies.
