All payments are accepted through our invoicing system which includes a 3% service fee.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date.

After completing your non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance MUST be paid in full 7 days prior to date of event.

If full payment is not received, your reservation is subject to a non-refundable cancellation.

Refund Policy
- Refunds can be done up to 48 hours prior to date of event.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to the date of event are eligible for a full refund, EXCLUDING THE 25% NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT.
- In the event of cancellation, you may transfer your deposit to a new available date within one year of original event date.
- Any requests to reschedule and/or cancellations of your date of event MUST be made within 7 days prior to date of event.
- Any cancellations made within 48 hours of the date of event will result in forfeiture of all payments. NO refunds!
- NO refunds are allowed on the date of event!
