A standard, tent-only, booking includes delivery, tent setup and pick up. All standard bookings do not include a generator but one can be provided if needed. If a generator is needed based on the location you are requesting setup, please add-on the option below before completing reservation.
Reservation will include a 3 hour rental. If additional time is needed, please use the add-on option to secure your rental for the full event time.
If a standard tent rental is not enough, we offer special occasion packages to fit your event needs. If you don't see what works for you, use the contact us form for special requests.

RENTAL DETAILS:
15" x 15" x 15" (ft) CLEARANCE space away from inflatables is required for setup
Please arrive only 30 minutes prior to your reserved booking to allow adequate time for our staff to completely setup.
Each inflatable tent booking is for 3 hours. Additional time can be purchased during booking. There will be an additional charge of $75 per 30 minutes that you go over your reservation time.
Rescheduling/Refunds can be done up to 48 hours prior to date of event.
For all bookings there will be a 25% non-refundable deposit to confirm your date.
1 Electrical outlet is REQUIRED for setup. If outlets are limited based on location, a generator can be provided. Add our generator as an add-on item when completing your booking request.
We fully clean, sanitize and disinfect all of our inflatables prior to reservations to ensure safety of our customers.
No cooking grills allowed inside inflatables. They must be at least 15ft away from setup for safety.
We deliver within a 50 mile radius of Auburn, AL. Additional areas within AL are $1/mile. Exceptions can be made for areas outside of AL. You will need to contact our staff by clicking contact us to receive those accommodations.
After-hour bookings are available upon request.
Reservations are accepted in the order they are received via the online booking system.

NO dates will be reserved until deposit payment has been received.
After you have completed your non-refundable deposit, the remaining balance MUST be paid in full 7 days prior to date of event.

Decide whether your location in mind is big enough for setup?

Location needs to give 15"X 15"X 15" space clearance away from the inflatable tent

Does the location have enough electrical outlets? The inflatable tent will need one outlet that can't be used with anything else.

If the location does NOT have an electrical outlet, a generator can be provided but MUST be added at booking.

Once we have received your booking request, a member of our team will review the request. You will receive a follow-up email or call to confirm the selections received. After confirming your booking, you will receive an invoice via email. Your 25% non-refundable deposit will need to be received the same day the invoice is sent. The non-refundable deposit finalizes your booking and confirms your event date.
